Can our employees interact with our People Partner?
Yes, the People Partner is employee-facing. This means that they will be integrated into your Slack or team communication platform and will have a company email address. This allows them to answer employee questions and take a number of tasks off your current team.
Do you use a specific HRIS, HCM, or payroll/benefits provider?
Nope, we use whatever tech or providers you have in place. We are also happy to make recommendations for new providers if needed.
What types of HR issues or projects do you tackle?
Same Page manages a scope of ten HR accountabilities: hiring support, onboarding, payroll administration, benefits administration, employee engagement, performance reviews, policy creation and storage, employee relations, compliance monitoring, and the exit process.
