Same Page was founded by HR guy Matt Tanner and marketing gal Callie Murray. Collectively, they have run their own companies and have worked for growing businesses like MailChimp, FullStory, and King of Pops. In each organization, they became keenly aware of how employee attraction, engagement, and retention can bog down leaders. They created Same Page to help.
