How does this work?

You would be paired with a Same Page HR Generalist we call a People Partner, who is supported by Same Page’s team and resources. This allows you to receive both in-the-weeds work and strategic experience and oversight.

Can our employees interact with our People Partner?

Yes, the People Partner is employee-facing. This means that they will be integrated into your Slack or team communication platform and will have a company email address. This allows them to answer employee questions and take a number of tasks off your current team.

Do you use a specific HRIS, HCM, or payroll/benefits provider?

Nope, we use whatever tech or providers you have in place. We are also happy to make recommendations for new providers if needed.

What types of HR issues or projects do you tackle?

Same Page manages a scope of ten HR accountabilities, including hiring support, onboarding, payroll administration, benefits administration, employee engagement, performance reviews, policy creation and storage, employee relations, compliance monitoring, and the exit process. We’re happy to send a list outlining each of these accountabilities in detail.

What size and types of businesses benefit from Same Page?

We offer fractional HR for businesses in the 10-100 employee range who do not have an HR department of their own. Our clients span multiple industries and states, from marketing agencies in Georgia to tech start-ups in California. While we are fully remote, some of our clients are remote while others work in brick-and-mortar offices.
